Dear Mrs. Li,
Thank you for your email. I have tried what you suggested and my comments
are as follows:
a) Pop-up notification
You were right about the messenger service and firewall port. Although I
changed the setting per your suggestions, for some reason I cannot net send
from one machine to another. No matter, I shall investigate the cause for
this problem
b) Email notification
Again, I check that everything is set as you suggested but I still cannot
reveice any email notification. For this problem, I would appreciate some
further troubleshooting from your side.
Regards,
John
