RE: installation error at server application installation

Thanks for your post.

This issue may be cause if there are some errors with the administrator
component. As for this, please perform the following action to resolved the
issue:

1. Delete Administrator Template, Mobile User Template, Power User
Template, User Template, Backup User, STS Worker from MyBusiness -> Users
-> SBSUsers OU.

2. Run SBS integrated setup. Under Component Selection, set Server Tools to
Maintenance, and Administration to Reinstall.

If the issue still persist, please send me the following log files, my
email address is v-jerryz@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

\Program Files\Microsoft Integration\Windows Small Business Server
2003\Logs

.. Errorlog.txt

.. Eventlog.txt

.. Setup.log

.. MSI Logs
