SBS 2003 SP 1 on MSDN disks

Is the SBS 2003 SP1 scheduled to come out in the MSDN Universal
subscription discs?

Another question: For the last year or so, while I have been using
SBS2003, the setup package icon has been residing on the server's
desktop. Do I have to run that before attempting to do the SP1
install?
