competing web sites

Hi,

I'm trying to install SBS 2003 Prem and found that there are a few services
competing for port 80 and 443, namely, The Default Web Site, The Companyweb,
and the Windows Media Administration Web Site. As the name suggests, the
sites are created for various features of SBS.

The complication is that I only got 2 IPs, one for internal and one for
external. I need to publish the Exchange OWA to the web, so the default web
site must use port 80 and 443. Then I want to publish the Companyweb so
that staff in remote office can get information about what's happening daily
through the web as well. How can I achieve that?

Thanks,
Lee
