Re: Firewall appears to block POP traffic (port 110)



Hi Edward and Matt
Thanks to Matt's insistence about port 110 I was able to give a robust
response to my ISP's tech help desk today. This focused minds on alternative
root causes. We detected a routing problem through detailed testing and went
on to resolve the issue. Tests have shown that all is now OK. The server was
not implicated in the problem.
