Hello Sal Candela,
Thank you for posting in the SBS newsgroup.
According to your description, I understand that you would like to replace
the NICs in the SBS Server. If I have misunderstood your concern, please
don't hesitate to let me know.
Consider your current condition, I'm glad to provide the below information
for your reference:
1. Please choose a non-business time to replace the NICs in the SBS
Server, please also do a full backup for the SBS Server.
2. Record the IP configuration of the NICs in the SBS Server.
3. Disconnect the SBS Server network connection, and then open the Device
Manager console, uninstall the NICs under Network adapters node, and then
shutdown the SBS Server.
4. Replace the NICs in the Server, and start the Server, install the
driver if it need.
5. Re-run the CEICW or run the appropriate config.vbs file in the
%sbsprogramdir%\Networking\ICW directory
