Is there a way to just reinstall certain components

Hi All,

I'd like to just reinstall the monitoring components on my SBS2003 server
without reinstalling everything.

I'd also like to repair Exchange, as it doesn't list English - US when
trying to set up an Organizational Form, it only lists English from other
countries.
