OWA Using SSL Outside the Building

I'm having some trouble getting OWA to work outside the building. It works
correctly within the building.

The OS is SBS Premium 2003. It still has ISA Server 2000 (haven't upgraded
yet). I've installed a certificate and it shows up when going to
http://server/exchange. I followed the instructions at Smallbiz.net,
although some items applied only to ISA 2004. I've run the IECW.

When I try to connect, I get, "The page cannot be displayed". I've checked
with the ISP and they are forwarding https traffic to the WAN IP of the
server. Any suggestios on where to look and what to check?
