Small Business Server 2003 Buffer Problems

Hello All
Ok I really need your help i'm running Small business server
2003 with exchange now for the past two days I have been getting a error when
I try and retrieve my mail now there is a drop box that i'm getting it from
and then distrobuting it to the staff now the error reads as
follows......There was an error logging out from the POP3 server
(mailbox<mail.company name.co.za [company name@company name.co.za]>). The
error is -2147014841 (An operation on a socket could not be performed because
the system lacked sufficiant buffer space or because a queue was full.) All
the messages will remain in the server and its recipients may recieve it more
than once.

Now I have had a look at the queue and there is nothing under current session
please can anyone maybe help or point me in the right direction.
.
