Connect a NT 4.0 Server to SBS 2003

We have employed a new server using SBS 2003. We want to use the old NT 4.0
server as a file server. Specifically, I want to do disk (new server)-to-disk
(old server) backups on the weekend.

Is this possible? If it is possible, how do I configure both servers?
