The issue is not actually an issue, its by design... certain files etc..
simply can not be synchronized. If your workstations with redirected My
Documents folders do not have synchronize offline folders enable, no
problem. If you have laptop users who do and need access to certain files
offline that are NOT synced then they will need to do maul copies... we
recommend one folder for those files so they can copy them easily or see
