Yes - The time to do this is on initial installation. Best if you can obtain
Slipstreamed media, either from vendor, MSDN download, or other means but
otherwise use CD SP1 Install before you put in production. See
http://www.smallbizserver.net/Default.aspx?tabid=236 if you are not using
Slipstream media.
