Hi all,

I used Administrator Template to add a new user account. After I installed
some programs (including installing scanner), I change the user permission
to Power User Group. Then the user cannot run those program! (and cannot
make some modification on Windows setting such as Power Options) Do you have
any idea of the cause of the problem, and how should I do to solve it?
