My Documents Folder Redirection

I have an XP Pro SP2 user who's My documents redirection is pointing to the
administrator folder. Redirection is being forced by the default Group policy
to point to the home directory. It can't be manually changed because it is
greyed out. All others users are fine. Any suggestions on where to look?
