Also you mean this issue only occurs on outlook 2003, if you did the same
things in OWA, the issue will not exist. Does it have any impact on Client
logon to workstations?

After you change password through windows logon pages, does the issue still
exist when you logon again to the workstations, or it only occur when you
logon outlook on workstation.

I appreciate your time in this issue. I will be here waiting for updates.
