Hi Jim,
Sorry for making the issue not clear, I mean you can check the policy
interactive logon: "Prompt user change password before expired".
As you mean, it seems you did not installed the SBS SP1 because of the
Dell's against, from dell's websites we found they against install Windows
2003 SP1 individually however you can install the SBS 2003 SP1, it might
solve your issue. Also if you have Dell open management system installed on
your SBS 2003, please quickly contact with Dell for further updates, it
have a lot of known issue if you installed Windows 2003 SP1, (included in
SBS 2003 SP1).
Thanks for your understanding, if you did not want to install SBS 2003 SP1,
you need to follow my steps to apply the hotfix from CSS. You can refer to
