Re: IIS Admin service access denied

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I had something similar a few months ago at a client site. I changed the
logon to the Admin account, rebooted the box, changed it back to the system
logon and everything worked fine. Maybe you want to give that a try. It
can't hurt.
