OEM versions of SBS2003 (and other Microsoft products) are widely available from vendors who appear legitimate for about 2/3 or retail price. If the software has never been installed on a system, is it legal for them to sell it (with a token piece of hardware) and legal for a business user to buy it and use it ?
Thanks
