SBS 2003 SMTP Connector queue

I'm having a problem with emails being stuck in the 2 separate SB SMTP
Connectors. These 2 connectors are for 2 different clients that we
work alot with. We do not use POP3 Connector as we manage our own
email.

All other emails to other clients go through no problem accept these 2.
I purged all the messages out of the queue yesterday, but today, there
still 4-5 in each sitting there from people that sent them yesterday
afternoon after I purged them.

What could be causing these to be stuck in the queue? I've talked to
those 2 clients and they say they have no problem receiving emails from
other people.
