Hi Jd,
Thanks for your quickly updates.
If you send internet emails via exchange mailbox, you should follow my
steps to run CEICW to configure email settings.
Make sure that you contact with your ISP to set your internet emails
correctly.
By default, we will use windows integration methods to send internet
emails. You do not need to configure it manually, it might cause some
interruption.
If you still want to use pop3 account to send emails, you need to configure
your outlook to send internet emails.
I appreciate your understanding on this issue, any further concerns would
be appreciated.
