on the client side, outlook 2003 is loaded and the account is configured for
connection to the exchnge server, which in turn is connected as a pop3
connection. On the client side, the pop3 do not exist - this is configured
via the pop3 connector in exchange. There is no option for any settings as
you describe unless I install the email account as a pop3 account rather
than as an exchange account (which incidently is my current workaround).
