I don't think that SBS is applicable to your situation.

You might want to look at the public.windows.sharedaccess newsgroup on this
server for additional resources and support.

I would recommend that you check out the microsoft shared computer toolkit.
it might be a place to start if you are considering a microsoft based
approach to your situation:
