Hi Stuart,
thanks for posting here.
For your description, I understand that you want to installl scanner in SBS
network. if I am off base, please dont hesitate to let me know.
For your HP Officejet r60 is not certificated product for Windows 2003 by
Microsoft. So I suggest that you contact your product vendor for the latest
driver. Please refer to the following link to look for the detail
information on HP site.
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?product=58124&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&submit.y=9&submit.x=6&lang=en&cc=us
I suggest you install it in your workstation. please follow the steps to do
that:
1. Connect the printer cable to the appropriate port on your computer
according to the printer manufacturer's instructions.
2. Plug the power cord of the printer into a wall outlet and turn the
printer on.
Windows detects your Plug and Play printer and, in many cases, installs it
without requiring you to make any selections. The printer is ready to print.
3. If the Found New Hardware Wizard appears, follow the steps to complete
the procedure.
Note: please install compatible driver for your printer.
Hope this help. I appreciate your understanding. I am currently standing by
for an update from you. If you have any further concern please don¡¯t
hesitate to let me know
Have a nice day!
Best Regards,
Jenny Wu
