Thank you. I think you are correct. A reboot has solved the problem for now. I have yet to apply the SP1 patch, so I will wait until after that before I worry about the hot fix.

Generally speaking, it might be an expected issue, if it occupied not so much memory, if your SBS server run without any performance issue, this might be a memory leak issue, lsass.exe process occupy much memory on your server.

You can refer to my suggestions below to apply the hotfix to see if the issue can be resolved, please note that this hotfix can be only apply through CSS by phone call, you can refer to following KB articles for detailed information.
