I am thinking of starting an Internet Cafe

I am thinking of starting an Internet Cafe, I have been getting lots of
different advice as to what OS to use. I intent to start with 10 fast gaming
computers and 4 internet computers. Is windows business 2003 what I should
use, and I don't understand the how the CALs (I know they are client licences)
but how does it work? I seen servers for sale with Win SBS 2003 with 5 CALs.
Does this mean I can buy 3 servers on ebay just to get the 15 CALs? Do I
still have to buy Win XP for the other computers, and if so how many?
.
