Issue description:

According to your description, I understand that LSASS.EXE occupied so much
memory on SBS 2003 server.
Analyzing:

Generally speaking, it might be an expected issue, if it occupied not so
much memory, if your SBS server run without any performance issue, this
might be a memory leak issue, lsass.exe process occupy much memory on your
server.
Suggestions:

You can refer to my suggestions below to apply the hotfix to see if the
issue can be resolved, please note that this hotfix can be only apply
through CSS by phone call, you can refer to following KB articles for
detailed information.
