Outlook Default Mail Folders Errors

Hi Guys,
I received the following error on a client desktop today.
Error: "Unable to Open Default mail Folders" (With an OK Button)
On clicking "OK" Outlook shuts down automatically.
Cached Exchange mode is enabled on all of our Outlook Profiles. If I disable
"Cached Exchange Mode" in the users profile, Outlook runs perfectly fine.
I have had this in the past and have usually been able to fix it by removing
the Outlook profile or in some circumstances remove the users profile
firstly from the client and if that didn't fix it remove the profile from the
server.
These normal fixes are not working so any help would be appreciated.
