When I go to AD Users and Computers I only see the name of the domain, no
users are listed. Under the domain if I go to users I only see groups (i.e.
administrator, guest etc., no individual users). I have changed the name of
the user already by going into Users, choosing properties and changing the
display name, but this does not affect the mailbox.
