Re: Changing a mailbox name

Right-click the user in AD Users and Computers -> Rename. Then, go into the
actual entry and check there to make sure the change is reflected in all the
different fields, including Display Name. If' you're changing the e-mail
address, go to the E-Mail Addresses tab and ADD the new address rather than
editing the current entry.. Make the new address primary, and leave the old
one there for at least long enough that the user can notify everyone of the
change.
