OMA not working - any pointers?

Hi all,

SBS 2003 Premium [SP1 with ISA 2004]
2 x NICs
CEICW set-up to allow RWW, OWA and Outlook Mobile Access - wizard ran fine

We have the following ports forwarded from our external broadband router to
our SBS Server:
1723 - PPTP VPN
4125 - Remote Web Workplace
443 - Outlook Web Access

On attempting to connect from a Windows Mobile 2003 device [Orange SPV C500
here in the UK - I believe this is the Audiovox SMT 5600 in the States] we
get an error on the device of

"A System error has occurred while processing your request. Please try
again. If the problem persists, contact your administrator."

On the Server itself, we get the following error in the Event Log:

Event Type: Error

Event Source: MSExchangeOMA

Event Category: (1000)

Event ID: 1503

Remote Web Workplace and Outlook Web Access work flawlessly however from
external clients - we're using the following URL's for these:

RWW - https://ourserver.ourdomain.co.uk/remote

OWA - https://ourserver.ourdomain.co.uk/exchange

When we ran the CEICW we specified ourserver.ourdomain.co.uk as the
certificate details. We have a DNS A record pointing at our external
broadband IP address accordingly.

Have so far looked at the following KB articles without getting any further
forward:

Q898131, Q817379, Q817311 and Q842119

Only one that looked promising really was 898131 but made the changes and no
improvement.

Also had a look at the Server Certificate assigned to the Default Web Site
in IIS - its reporting 'publishing.ourdomain.local' instead of the
'ourserver.ourdomain.co.uk' that we would have expected - is this relevant?

Thanks in advance for any and all assistance in this matter.

Cheers,

David
