configuring DHCP in SBS 2003

We just installed a server at a customers location. We built the server in
our office and it saw our DHCP server so it was not able to properly
configure the DHCP server. When I brought the server to the customer site, I
tried to create the DHCP scope and the server just stopped responding. None
of the workstations were accuiring a IP address. The server reboot and then
just hung at the "applying computer settings" page. If I can get the server
back up to the desktop should I try and run the CEICW to have it create the
DNS and DHCP scopes. We have to be onsite at this customers location
tomorrow to fix this. If nothing else I will have to rubuild the server from
scratch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
.
