Issue description:

I understand that you want to enable "Full Text search" on your SBS
sharepoint.

Analyzing and suggestions:

It seems you have applied SBS SP1 already, so you might have also applied
SQL SP4. And you also have enabled the "Full Text search" on the sharepoint.

So I suggest you make sure that you have installed the SQL instance on
sharepoint, it seems you did not apply the SQL instance on sharepoint. By
default, there will be two SQL instances installed on the SBS 2003. One for
sharepoint, another for monitoring. You might have to applied the SQL SP4
to that instance also, after you installed SQL instance on sharepoint. You
can refer the whitepaper below to install SQL instance on sharepoint:

If the issue still exists, I suggest you paste the following log files to
newsgroup for further research:

>From the \program files\microsoft integration\windows small business server
2003\logs directory, paste the following files to newsgroup:

eventlog.txt
errorlog.txt
setup.log
