Hi Curtis,
Thank you for posting here and many thanks for Cris' comments.
I agree with Cris that SBS is not able to allow shared folders with each
others since SBS does not support Trust relationships.
Based on my experience, you must separate the 2 networks since the SBS will
hold DHCP server roles. If you put them all together, the DHCP will cause
client access problems. In addition, you must use a router to route traffic
to the internet.
Generally, if you're able to setup 2 separated subnets and use the same
internet connection, the 1st job is doable.
Please refer to the following KB article for configuring SBS networks:
How to configure Internet access in Windows Small Business Server 2003
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/825763
Since SBS does not support trust, you may not able to share documents
between the 2 companies. (I suggest you to consider Windows Server 2003 if
this is a "must" consider one.)
Please refer to:
Frequently Asked Questions About Windows Small Business Server 2003

[Note] Please check "Can I use more than one Windows Small Business Server
2003 server in the same company?" section.
I hope the above info helps.
If you need any assistance, please feel free to post back.
Regards,
Bill Peng
