Hi Sean,
Thanks for posting here.
For your description, I understand that you want setup a share network
printer to routing inbound fax. If I am off base, please don't hesitate to
let me know.
I. First you need share the printer you want to, please follow the steps:
1. Click Start, and then click "Printers and Faxes".
2. Right-click the printer that you want to share, and then click
Properties.
3. Click Sharing.
4. Click "Share this printer", and then click OK.
And you can also configure the sharing printer access permission in
Security page of Properties.
II. Run Configure Fax Server Wizard to configure inbound routing.
1. Click Fax node in Server Management console. Then click Configure Faxes
Services in right panel.
2. In Inbound Fax Routing Configuration page, you should choose Print item
and choose the sharing printer or input the sharing printer name. Then
follow the guide to finish it.
Is it your concern? If not, please give me more information about your
situation.
