Thanks Jerry
I have that part enabled for SharePoint web sites and the Search form is
being displayed in the top right hand side of the pages but I think I need
to install the full-text search component on the SharePoint SQL instance.
There are no signs of that being installed on that instance but it is
installed in my other SQL instance. When clicking on a database instance
under Databases there is a "Full-Text Catalogs" icon showing there.
