I'm not sure this will help - if not please post
back exactly what happens when you try to publish the form.
Open Exchange System Manager on the server.
Expand Folders (the bottom item). R-click Public Folders and choose View
System Folders. You should see the EForms Registry, and the Organization
Forms under that. If there's no Organization Forms, r-click EForms ->
New. Particularly if you have to create a new library, don't forget the
permissions.
My brain is saturated and this is one of the things
that went out to make room for new, but I think maybe the org forms library is
no longer created by default? Anyway, some people contend that it's better
to publish forms directly to the public folders instead of the org forms.
Personally, I've done both and never seen a difference either way.
