Hi Stephen,

Somehow, it seems you've got infected files in the recycle bin (.pif's and
..scr). Chances are your A/V is interfering (hopefully) with any process that
tries to access these files.

Where'd they come from, and how do they get into the recycle bin? They
generally come as email attachments, and there should be ample opportunity
to get rid of them before they hit the file system anywhere. But then there
shouldn't be an email client on the SBS?

These can be blocked by Exchange, Outlook, and/or any decent A/V product
that works with exchange. In the mean time, does backup succeed if you
delete the contents of the recycle bin?
