Symantec BrightMail (Off topic, sorry)

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi everyone, I am really desperate and Symantec's support is shocking...
My apology' for posting a slightly off-topic post...

We have a SBS 2003 server with SP1 and recently installed the trial version
of Symantec's BrightMail 6.x Anti-Spam product.

As soon as we installed this software, we started to get an extra 100Mb to
200Mb of ADSL traffic a day, and it hasn't stopped. If we disable
BrightMail, the unusual traffic halts however.

As you can imagine, this is big volume per day for a small SBS site and I am
in the hot-water so to speak.

I am wondering if any other SBS 2003 admin is using BrightMail and has had
this problem also?

Sorry for posting here, but I just keep getting brickwalls with Symantec's
support people as this is a trial product and they don't want to know about
it.
