RE: Upgrading Small Business Server 2003 to Premium hanging on SQL

It looks like I didn't read the directions properly, and now i've got
everything working. Your comments helped me figure this out. First, I had
installed the upgrade to SQL server standard on the default install and not
the sharepoint install. It looks like I was supposed to upgrade sharepoint
first, then do the default instance. After uninstalling SQL Server Standard,
then I was able to upgrade the sharepoint instance to standard. After that,
I installed a new instance of SQL Server and applied the patches.

The moral of the story is to do things in the order recommended. I just got
overzealous...

Thanks,

James
