Probably because RWW & OWA use Forms-Based authentication instead of Windows
Integrated authentication. Also, historically speaking - ISA was only able
to identify the user in a session if the device they were connecting from
was configured as a firewall client (versus SecureNAT). So it may also be
due to the fact that the remote machines are not initiating a firewall
client session with ISA . . . (know that to be the case with ISA2k - haven't
dug deep with ISA2k4 yet, so I'm not 100% sure there . . . )
