>From your description, it seems when you choose logon domain with users,
you will encounter some error messages. In order to make the issue more
clear, please perform tests below:

1. Does it occur for all domain users, have you try to logon the notebook
with domain AD to see if the issue can be resolved?
2. You need also to check if you are denied to use that special notebook,
you can check it follow the steps below:

A. Right click the user you want to logon to notebook, choose properties.
B. In the account tab, choose log on to.
C. Make sure that Log on to all the computer is selected.
3. Please create a new user without assign a computer to the user then use
this user to log on the notebook to see if the issue can be resolved.
4. As I know, the outlook will be sync correctly, if you use configure
outlook via domain user account. It will also work if you did not join the
client to domain or work remotely via VPN.
