Based on my research, The problem may occurs because you does not configure
the outgoing server authentication (it was not select). After select it and
configure it, all the headers will correct.

The line X-POP-User: disappears and was replace by X-Authenticated-User:
with the good name.

Additionally, the X- headers are for personal application or institution
use. They are classified as user-defined-fields. For instance, my email
client (my MUA that is) is Mozilla Thunderbird. Clearly this application
has added some headers of its own (the second and third). One common use
for X- headers is to pass information to email handling programs for
processing. Some X- headers may be introduced by large vendors and picked
up for use by others. In this way an X- header may become a de-facto
standard. An example of this is the X-Mailer header (which identifies the
MUA) which many email clients use. Another use of an X- header is to tag
emails that have been processed through some kind of anti-spam or
anti-virus checker.
