If this is your goal... and everything those 11 workstations need are in the
Win2k3 Server, then I would say you have a *very* good reason to make it a
2nd DC.
Now, take into account that while this is not extremely complicated, this is
also not a 5 minute procedure and that for this to be able to work you need
to make the DC also a GC and DNS server (plus change the DNS on the
workstations so now you have 2 servers instead of 1). Apart from that
remember that adding those jobs to the Win2k3 will take a toll on its
performance (which might -or not- be noticeable for the SQL users).
