RE: RWW Full screen mode error

Welcome to our SBS newsgroup.
According to your description, it seems that you encountered a problem when
connecting to internal clients from remote laptop via RWW.
Based on my research, this error might relate with resolution issue. You
can refer to my suggestions below:
Method 1:
In the RWW, on the computer selection page, click "Optional Settings" and
switch the screen size from "Full screen" to a different resolution. Of the
list of available resolutions, the highest is 1600*1200.
Method 2:
You can lower the resolution on the computer (that you login to RWW with)
to
less than 1600x1200.
