Hi Markus,
Thanks for the logs.
After research into your log file, I found the following resolution for you:
1. Please reboot your SBS server first.
2. Copy %windir%\system32\oleaut32.dll to the %windir%\system32\wbem folder.
3. Run the upgrade again.
4. When the upgrade is done and prompting the user to restart, delete the
copied file from the %windir%\system32\wbem folder so it will not interfere
with future operations. If unable to delete the file because it is in use
by WMI, rename it and then delete it after the reboot.
