Re: Can't download connection manager in RWW

Thanks for updates.

It seems you only encountered problem when download files from internet.
When you download it from locally network, you encounter no problem. This
might be caused by your ISP's configuration.

Here are my suggestions:

1. Please check with your ISP to make sure the IP address have been changed
successfully.
2. Could you tell us where you registered your FQDN name with ISP or with
some other organization. you may also to make sure that the FQDN is matched
your IP address.
3. If possible, could you also paste the detailed download link of your
Connection management to newsgroup, you can right click the link to see the
properties. Then if you paste the link to IE, could you download the files
directly or not? Please paste the detailed IP address and FQDN address to
us, so that we can isolate the issue more clearly.
4. If possible, please clear the DNS cache on the remote computer to see if
the issue can be clear. You can run ipconfig /flushdns on the remote
clients to see if the issue can be resolved.

Thanks for understanding on this issue, any further concerns would be
