Welcome to 2003...
Personally I would have a totally clean install, no upgrades etc. Howmany
users, even if 75 would still do nice and fresh install
Data should be ok to install / copy by putting in HDD in new server or
restore from backup.
Exchange, you would need to use a utility called Exmerge, which will export
all mailboxes to psts. If use public folders these need to be moved to a
mailbox as exmerge doesn't cater for public folders.
