when you run it from a command line...are you logged into the machine with an account that has admin priviledges (domain or local)?

Hi,
I have assigned an application to a client computer through the wizard.
The shortcut is placed on the desktop when I login but when I click the link
the error message says 'The command "\\server\ClientApps\tool\tools.msi"
failed to run. Please verify that the server name, path and executable name
are valid'.
I can run the command from the run.. option on the Start menu and in
explorer and IE.

Can anyone point me to where I can find some information?

Thanks,
  Ben
