Hi,

Thanks for all your posts. After arguing with Dell for way too long, it was
determined that my new $9000 server had a bad motherboard. After they got
here and hour late (4 hr max) they swapped the motherboard and all is well.
NOTE: They tried to replace my month old motherboard with a reconditioned
one. I told them they were crazy and they are sending a new one from Dell to
replace this "bait and switch" reconditioned one.

ping /t ran for long period with no errors.

I appreciate everyones help.

The server and client NICS were both automatically configured by the ICW w/
firewall option checked. That is where my NIC settings are generated from.
