AFAIK, you need to be at the workstation that has the printer attached, and
shared, and be logged on as a user that has local permissions to modify that
share. You might re-create (delete first) the share.
This is exactly why you don't want shares on workstations, no central
managment. Print servers are cheap, and work great.
